Job summary

Bost is hiring full-time DSPs to work directly with individuals and their families, enhancing quality of life through in-home support with daily living activities, meal planning, medication administration, and personal care.

DSPs also facilitate community involvement and transportation, and support therapeutic plans with clinical staff to improve outcomes. Shift: Sundays to Saturdays, 10:00 PM–5:00 AM. Pay rate: $13.50 per hour.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Valid driver's license and vehicle insurance.
• Pass a background check, reference check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home support with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as meal preparation and planning, medication administration, and personal care.
• Assist individuals with community involvement and transportation to work or activities.
• Support therapeutic and behavioral plans in partnership with clinical staff to improve quality of life.

Bost is excited to announce that we are seeking full time DSPs to work directly with individuals and their families to help support and maximize the individual’s quality of life by providing in home assistance with activities of daily living, such as meal preparation and planning; medication administration; and personal care. DSPs also facilitate community involvement by accompanying individuals on outings in the community or providing transportation to work or other activities. In addition, DSP’s support therapeutic and behavioral plans in partnership with clinical staff to enhance the quality of life.

Workdays/Hours: Sunday through Saturday (7 days) 10:00 PM-5:00 AM

Pay Rate: $13.50 per hour
