Bost is seeking full-time Direct Support Professionals to work with individuals and families, providing in-home assistance with daily living activities. DSPs also support therapeutic plans in collaboration with clinical staff to enhance quality of life.

Workdays include Saturday through Sunday, 7:00 AM-11:00 PM; pay rate is $13.00 per hour. Location: 5812 Remington Circle Fort Smith, AR 72903. EO/E/Disability/Veteran. Only interviewed candidates will be contacted.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance may be required.
• Pass a background check, reference check and drug screening.

Responsabilidades

Bost is excited to announce that we are seeking full time DSPs to work directly with individuals and their families to help support and maximize the individual's quality of life by providing in home assistance with activities of daily living, such as meal preparation and planning; medication administration; and personal care. DSPs also facilitate community involvement by accompanying individuals on outings in the community or providing transportation to work or other activities. In addition, DSP's support therapeutic and behavioral plans in partnership with clinical staff to enhance the quality of life.

Workdays/Hours: Saturday through Sunday 7:00 AM-11:00 PM

Pay Rate: $13.00 per hour
