Job summary

Bost is seeking part-time Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to work directly with individuals and their families, providing in-home assistance with daily living activities such as meal preparation, medication administration, and personal care. DSPs help with community outings and transportation while supporting therapeutic plans with clinical staff. Workdays are Monday through Friday, 2:30 PM–8:00 PM.

Pay rates include 1:1 at $14.00/hour and group rate at $16.00/hour. EOE.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance required.
• Pass a background check, reference check and drug screening required.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home assistance with activities of daily living (meal preparation, medication administration, personal care).
• Support individuals and families to maximize quality of life.
• Accompany individuals on community outings and provide transportation as needed.
• Support therapeutic and behavioral plans in partnership with clinical staff.

Bost is excited to announce that we are seeking part time DSPs to work directly with individuals and their families to help support and maximize the individual’s quality of life by providing in home assistance with activities of daily living, such as meal preparation and planning; medication administration; and personal care. DSPs also facilitate community involvement by accompanying individuals on outings in the community or providing transportation to work or other activities. In addition, DSP’s support therapeutic and behavioural plans in partnership with clinical staff to enhance the quality of life.

Workdays/Hours: Monday through Friday 2:30 PM-8:00 PM

Pay Rate: 1:1 Rate: $14.00/hour

Group Rate: $16.00/hour
