Job summary

BlueGreen Alliance Inc. is seeking part-time DSPs to work directly with individuals and their families to support and maximize quality of life through in-home assistance with daily living activities, including meal prep, medication administration, and personal care.

DSPs also help with community involvement by accompanying outings or providing transportation to work or other activities, coordinating with clinical staff to support therapeutic plans and improve overall well-being.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license and insurance.
• Background check, reference check and drug screening are required.
• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Ability to work with individuals and families in home care settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) including meal preparation and planning.
• Administer medications as directed and ensure safety during routines.
• Assist with personal care and mobility as needed.
• Support individuals in community activities and transportation to appointments or activities.

Bost is excited to announce that we are seeking part time DSPs to work directly with individuals and their families to help support and maximize the individual’s quality of life by providing in home assistance with activities of daily living, such as meal preparation and planning; medication administration; and personal care. DSPs also facilitate community involvement by accompanying individuals on outings in the community or providing transportation to work or other activities. In addition, DSP’s support therapeutic and behavioral plans in partnership with clinical staff to enhance the quality of life.

Workdays/Hours: Saturday through Sunday 8:00am-8:00pm

Pay Rate: 1:1 Rate: $14.00/hour

Group Rate: $16.00/hour
