Job summary

BlueGreen Alliance Inc in Fort Smith, AR is seeking part-time Direct Support Professionals to work with individuals and families at home, assisting with daily living activities, meal prep, planning, medication administration and personal care. DSPs help promote quality of life by accompanying outings, providing transportation, and supporting therapeutic and behavioral plans with clinical staff.

Workdays/Hours: Saturday through Sunday 8:00 AM-8:00 PM.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver's license and vehicle insurance.
• Ability to pass a background check, reference check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home assistance with activities of daily living (e.g., meal preparation and planning).
• Assist with medication administration and personal care.
• Facilitate community involvement by accompanying individuals on outings or providing transportation to activities.
• Support and implement therapeutic and behavioral plans in partnership with clinical staff.

Bost is excited to announce that we are seeking part time DSPs to work directly with individuals and their families to help support and maximize the individual's quality of life by providing in home assistance with activities of daily living, such as meal preparation and planning; medication administration; and personal care. DSPs also facilitate community involvement by accompanying individuals on outings in the community or providing transportation to work or other activities. In addition, DSP's support therapeutic and behavioral plans in partnership with clinical staff to enhance the quality of life.

Workdays/Hours: Saturday through Sunday 8:00 AM-8:00 PM

Pay Rate: 1:1 Rate: $14.00/hour

Group Rate: $16.00/hour
