Job summary

Bost-Inc. is seeking part-time DSPs to work directly with individuals and their families, delivering in-home care and supporting daily living activities.

Responsibilities include meal prep, medication administration, and helping individuals maximize quality of life through community outings and transportation when needed. Shifts run Friday through Saturday 10:00 PM–8:00 AM and Sunday 10:00 PM–6:00 AM, offering $13.25 per hour.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance required.
• Background, reference and drug screening may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home daily living assistance and support.
• Assist with meal preparation and planning.
• Administer medications as directed.
• Support adherence to therapeutic and behavioral plans with clinical staff.
• Facilitate community involvement and transportation to activities.

Bost is excited to announce that we are seeking part time DSPs to work directly with individuals and their families to help support and maximize the individual's quality of life by providing in home assistance with activities of daily living, such as meal preparation and planning; medication administration; and personal care. DSPs also facilitate community involvement by accompanying individuals on outings in the community or providing transportation to work or other activities. In addition, DSPs support therapeutic and behavioral plans in partnership with clinical staff to enhance the quality of life.

Workdays/Hours: Friday through Saturday 10:00 PM-8:00 AM and Sunday 10:00 PM-6:00 AM

Pay Rate: $13.25/hr
