Job summary

Bost is excited to announce that we are seeking part time DSPs to work directly with individuals and their families to support daily living, including meal prep, medication administration and personal care. DSPs also facilitate community involvement and transportation as needed, supporting therapeutic and behavioral plans with clinical staff to maximize quality of life.

Workdays/Hours: Saturday and Sunday 8:00 AM–8:00 PM. Pay Rate: 1:1 Rate $14.00/hour; Group Rate $16.00/hour.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED.
• Valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance.
• Pass a background check, reference check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Provide in home assistance with activities of daily living, such as meal preparation and planning; medication administration; and personal care.
• DSPs support therapeutic and behavioral plans in partnership with clinical staff to enhance the quality of life.

DSPs also facilitate community involvement by accompanying individuals on outings in the community or providing transportation to work or other activities. In addition, DSP’s support therapeutic and behavioral plans in partnership with clinical staff to enhance the quality of life.

Workdays/Hours: Saturday and Sunday 8:00 AM-8:00 PM

Pay Rate: 1:1 Rate: $14.00/hour

Group Rate: $16.00/hour
