Job summary

BlueGreen Alliance Inc. is seeking part-time Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to work directly with individuals and their families, providing in-home assistance with daily living activities and medication administration.

DSPs also support community involvement and transportation to activities, working closely with clinical staff to enhance quality of life. Schedule includes Friday 1:00 PM–9:00 PM and Saturday–Sunday 12:00 PM–9:00 PM, with a pay rate of $13.75/hr.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance required.
• Background check, reference check and drug screening required.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as meal planning and preparation.
• Assist with medication administration and personal care tasks as directed.
• Support individuals with community involvement and transportation to activities or work.
• Collaborate with clinical staff to support therapeutic and behavioral plans.
• Help maximize the individual’s quality of life through consistent, respectful care.

Bost is excited to announce that we are seeking part time DSPs to work directly with individuals and their families to help support and maximize the individual’s quality of life by providing in home assistance with activities of daily living, such as meal preparation and planning; medication administration; and personal care. DSPs also facilitate community involvement by accompanying individuals on outings in the community or providing transportation to work or other activities. In addition, DSP’s support therapeutic and behavioral plans in partnership with clinical staff to enhance the quality of life.

Workdays/Hours: Friday 1:00 PM-9:00 PM; Saturday through Sunday 12:00 PM-9:00 PM

Pay Rate: $13.75/hr
