Job summary

Bost is seeking part-time DSPs to work directly with individuals and their families, helping to maximize quality of life through in-home assistance with daily living activities such as meal preparation, medication administration and personal care.

DSPs support community involvement, accompany outings, and assist with transportation. Work is scheduled Saturday through Sunday, 8:00 AM–8:00 PM, with 1:1 pay at $14.00/hour and group rate at $16.00/hour (Job #:1483).

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED.
• Valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance.
• Pass a background check, reference check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home assistance with activities of daily living, including meal preparation, medication administration and personal care.
• Support individuals to participate in community activities and assist with transportation to work or appointments.
• Assist with implementing and following therapeutic and behavioral plans in partnership with clinical staff.

Bost is excited to announce that we are seeking part time DSPs to work directly with individuals and their families to help support and maximize the individual’s quality of life by providing in home assistance with activities of daily living, such as meal preparation and planning; medication administration; and personal care. DSPs also facilitate community involvement by accompanying individuals on outings in the community or providing transportation to work or other activities. In addition, DSP’s support therapeutic and behavioral plans in partnership with clinical staff to enhance the quality of life.

Workdays/Hours: Saturday through Sunday 8:0 AM-8:00 PM

Pay Rate: 1:1 Rate: $14.00/hour

Group Rate: $16.00/hour
