Job summary

MHMR of Tarrant County is seeking a Health Information Management Coordinator to join our team. You will manage requests for release of information from MHMR's official client medical records, ensuring compliance with the HIM department's procedures and privacy standards.

This role emphasizes detail orientation and accuracy in handling confidential records, with minimum education of a high school diploma and preference for two years in a medical office or chartroom, plus a Texas driver's

• Process requests for release of information from MHMR client records in accordance with HIM procedures.

Indirect - Administrative/Clerical/Customer Service

MHMR is looking for a detailed, oriented Health Information Management Coordinator to join our team. Responsible for processing requests for release of information from the official client (medical) records of MHMR of Tarrant County. All work is carried out in accordance with the Health Information Management (HIM) Department’s approved Operating Procedures.

Minimum Education: High School Diploma/GED

Preferences: Two (2) years’ experience in a medical office or chartroom setting

License/Certifications: Valid Texas driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
