Job summary

Kelly Services seeks a Financial Design Consultant to document and validate customer billing setup, perform high-volume data entry, and ensure data integrity across systems. Qualifications

• Experience in billing, accounts receivable, or finance-adjacent systems.
• Proven track record in high-volume data entry and data validation.
• Experience writing and following technical SOPs and work instructions.
• Hands-on experience across multiple enterprise software platforms.
• Postman used for API/data verification preferred.
• Experience with HubSpot, KSN, PeopleSoft, Workday, or Bullhorn preferred.
• Experience with VMS platforms preferred.
• Staffing industry or implementation service delivery experience preferred.

Kelly's Financial Design Consultant is accountable for:

Base compensation range: $38,775 – $51,700 annually. Final annual compensation will be based on experience and may vary by geographic location.
