Job summary

Bost Inc is seeking full-time Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to work directly with individuals and their families, supporting activities of daily living, including meal prep, medication administration, and personal care. DSPs also facilitate community involvement and provide transportation to activities, working with clinical staff to support therapeutic plans.

Work is Monday through Friday with overnight shift hours (11:00 PM–7:00 AM).

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license and vehicle insurance required.
• Pass a background check, reference check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as meal preparation and planning; medication administration; and personal care.
• Assist individuals with community outings and transportation to work or other activities.
• Support therapeutic and behavioral plans in partnership with clinical staff to enhance quality of life.

DSPs also facilitate community involvement by accompanying individuals on outings in the community or providing transportation to work or other activities. In addition, DSP's support therapeutic and behavioral plans in partnership with clinical staff to enhance the quality of life.

Workdays/Hours:

Monday through Friday 11:00 PM-7:00 AM

Pay Rate:

$14.50/hr
