Job summary

339882 Bost Inc. seeks full-time Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to work with individuals and their families in home settings, enhancing quality of life through daily living assistance, meal planning, medication administration, and personal care.

DSPs also facilitate community involvement, accompany outings, or provide transportation, and support therapeutic plans in collaboration with clinical staff. Workdays: Thu, Sat, Sun 8:00 AM–8:00 PM; Pay: $14.00/hr.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Valid driver's license and vehicle insurance are required.
• A background check, reference check, and drug screening will be conducted.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) to individuals.
• Assist with meal preparation and planning.
• Administer medications as prescribed.
• Provide personal care and support.
• Escort individuals on community outings or provide transportation.
• Support therapeutic and behavioral plans with clinical staff.

Bost is excited to announce that we are seeking full time DSPs to work directly with individuals and their families to help support and maximize the individual's quality of life by providing in home assistance with activities of daily living, such as meal preparation and planning; medication administration; and personal care. DSPs also facilitate community involvement by accompanying individuals on outings in the community or providing transportation to work or other activities. In addition, DSP's support therapeutic and behavioral plans in partnership with clinical staff to enhance the quality of life.

Workdays/Hours: Thursday, Saturday and Sunday 8:00 AM-8:00 PM

Pay Rate:$14.00/hr
