Job summary

339882 Bost Inc. is seeking full-time DSPs to work directly with individuals and their families in home settings to support daily living activities, medication administration, and personal care. The role includes accompanying individuals on community outings or providing transportation to activities, in partnership with clinical staff to enhance quality of life.

Workdays: Thursday 3:00 PM - 9:00 PM, Saturday-Sunday 9:00 AM - 9:00 PM. Pay: 1:1 rate $15.00/hr; group rate $18.00/hr.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance.
• Pass a background check, reference check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home assistance with activities of daily living.
• Assist with meal preparation and planning for individuals.
• Administer medications according to care plan and supervise personal care.
• Support community involvement and transportation to activities as needed.

Bost is excited to announce that we are seeking full time DSPs to work directly with individuals and their families to help support and maximize the individual’s quality of life by providing in home assistance with activities of daily living, such as meal preparation and planning; medication administration; and personal care. DSPs also facilitate community involvement by accompanying individuals on outings in the community or providing transportation to work or other activities. In addition, DSP’s support therapeutic and behavioral plans in partnership with clinical staff to enhance the quality of life.

Workdays/Hours: Thursday 3:0 PM-9:00 PM, Saturday through Sunday 9:00 AM-9:00 PM

Pay Rate:1:1 Rate: $15.00 per hour

Group Rate: $18.00 per hour
