Job summary

Reynolds and Reynolds is seeking motivated and hardworking Entry Level Outside Sales Trainees to join our growing team in Cincinnati, OH. You will enroll in a 12-month sales training program combining field and classroom instruction at Reynolds University in Dayton, OH.

During training you will learn dealership operations, sales techniques and negotiation skills, travel 80-100% with overnights, and relocate to an assigned territory upon completion to pursue monthly and annual quotas with

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license with clean driving record
• Ability to build strong customer relationships
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to travel (overnight) 80-100% during training
• Relocation after training to an assigned territory

Responsibilities

• Complete 12-month sales training program with field and classroom components
• Observe and assist Sales Mentors, learn dealership operations and sales techniques
• Travel with teams to gain product knowledge
• Relocate to territory and pursue monthly and annual quotas after training
