Job summary

McCarty Equipment, a SunSource company, invites graduates to join its GO2 Account Manager Training Program in Abilene, TX. This 12-month development track blends structured training, hands-on experience, and mentorship to prepare you for a full-time sales role in an assigned territory.

You will train at our Abilene or Odessa locations, learn full-cycle outside sales and relationship-building with customers, and work alongside seasoned Account Managers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Degree in Industrial Distribution, Supply Chain, Sales, or related field is a plus.
• Coursework, training or certifications in Supply Chain, Sales, Engineering is a plus.
• Internship or co-op experience in a sales/distribution or manufacturing environment is a plus.
• Mechanical interest and aptitude.
• Willingness to relocate for training (12+ months) and for final placement.
• Competitive in nature with a passion for winning and a commitment to delivering top results in a performance-based environment.

Responsibilities

• Learn full cycle outside sales and relationship building skills with new and existing customers.
• Work alongside experienced Account Managers during onsite customer visits.
• Learn about the latest industrial technology, and how to apply it to real world applications.
