Job summary

The role involves monitoring plant equipment, executing changeovers, and maintaining production quality while communicating across teams. Safety and adherence to procedures are essential as you support reliable operations.

The position requires a HS Diploma or GED, 6 months of production experience, and ability to lift 55 lbs. Overtime and weekend work may be required, with a 12-hour rotating shift schedule.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months in production or manufacturing.
• Must pass pre-employment screening.
• Able to lift 55 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Willing to work 12-hour rotating shifts.
• Must read and follow SOP/LOTO procedures.
• Able to work in varied indoor/outdoor conditions.

Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor and troubleshoot equipment in daily manufacturing.
• Perform changeovers and maintain machinery.
• Follow production schedules and resolve quality issues.
• Stage packaging, lift 55 lbs, and prepare for shipment.
• Operate forklift to move materials.
• Record production data and perform QC tests.
• Maintain housekeeping and safe work practices.
