Zusammenfassung

LyondellBasell is seeking a Production Operator for the Jackson, TN site (Jackson-Lyo). You will monitor and operate plant process equipment, document operating parameters, and coordinate with teammates to maximize unit reliability and product quality. The role requires physical capability, adherence to safety procedures, and the ability to read and follow SOPs.

Salary starts at $26.83/hour with potential progression. Shift schedules are 12-hour rotations (days/nights) with Con-Ops rotations.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 6 months previous experience in production or manufacturing position.
• Basic mathematics and computer skills; SAP experience preferred.

Aufgaben

• Operate, monitor and troubleshoot equipment used during daily manufacturing.
• Perform changeovers and disassemble, assemble, and clean machinery.
• Understand and execute daily production run schedules, resolve quality issues and report any unresolved issues.
• Stage packaging area, manually lift and load 55lbs or more of material into equipment, bag/box finished product and prepare for shipment and distribution.
• Operate forklift to transport raw materials and finished product to designated areas.
• Performs all standard QC tests and accurately record production data.
