Bel Brands is seeking a Production Lead in Nampa, Idaho to support the Production Supervisor in leading a 12-hour shift on Sundays to Tuesdays and every other Wednesday. You will guide a work team on a daily basis, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency while coaching operators and coordinating with multiple support functions.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required; prior production leadership preferred.
• Ability to pass an acidified food production training course.
• Strong math and data interpretation skills.
• Proficient with MS Office and inventory systems.
• Experience in enforcing policies and GMPs.

Responsabilités

• Lead the 12-hour shift with visible presence on the production floor.
• Mentor teams to follow safe practices and meet performance goals.
• Assist Supervisor with quality conformance and decisions in absence of supervisor.
• Troubleshoot daily issues; escalate to supervisor/maintenance when needed.
• Facilitate communication between supervisor, team, and support departments.
• Coordinate startup, shutdown, CIP, and other activities per schedule.
• Monitor production boards and data to drive improvements.
• Report non-conforming materials and ensure proper paperwork.
• Provide training feedback; support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure coverage for breaks, absences, and shift handoffs.
• Maintain GMP adherence and safety compliance.
• Assist with root-cause analysis and problem solving.
• Perform sensory testing and use digital tools for documentation.
