Job summary

Bel Brands is seeking a Training Supervisor for its Nampa, Idaho manufacturing facilities. You will lead frontline training, schedule sessions, and partner with management to improve shift performance.

Your role includes developing materials, tracking progress, and implementing training across teams. The position focuses on coordinating cross-training, reviewing downtime and OEE to target improvements, and ensuring adherence to safety, GMP, and company policies in a dynamic production

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Food Science, Engineering or related field.
• 3+ years of experience as a supervisor in a manufacturing environment.
• At least 1 year of lean manufacturing or Six Sigma experience.
• Excellent communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule team training sessions.
• Develop, update, and deliver training materials with Management.
• Identify skill gaps with shift supervisors and organize targeted training.
• Lead cross-training and rotation programs; recommend opportunities.
• Track training completion, skills assessments, and KPIs.
• Collaborate with HR and CI on Train-the-Trainer materials and resources.
• Review downtime and OEE to develop targeted training plans.
• Support safety, GMP compliance, and process improvements.
