Responsibilities

• Maintain and update Microsoft Project plans and DevOps boards.
• Analyze changes to project plans, including week-over-week variances and critical path analysis.
• Apply Scrum practices with the team to prioritize work, manage the customer backlog, and support continuous improvement.
• Break complex information down into smaller, understandable, actionable pieces of work.

Position Overview

The Project Coordinator partners with technical leads to deliver projects using both Agile and Waterfall methodologies. In this internal client-facing role, you will work with a wide variety of personalities, often under tight deadlines, keeping work organized, visible, and moving forward. Team structure varies by client engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead project meetings, gather task updates from team members, and drive action items to completion
• Maintain and update Microsoft Project plans and DevOps boards
• Analyze changes to project plans, including week-over-week variances and critical path analysis
• Apply Scrum practices with the team to prioritize work, manage the customer backlog, and support continuous improvement

Requirements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
• AND 2–4 years of professional project coordination experience in both Agile/Scrum and traditional Waterfall project management
• Recent, hands-on experience with Microsoft Project and DevOps; candidates will be asked to demonstrate proficiency
