Diversified Services Network, Inc. in Mossville, IL is seeking a full-time Project Coordinator to support Agile and Waterfall projects.

You will partner with technical leads, run meetings, maintain plans, and keep stakeholders aligned in a fast-paced environment. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field and 2–4 years of coordination experience in both Agile/Scrum and Waterfall, plus hands-on Microsoft Project and DevOps familiarity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
• 2-4 years of professional project coordination experience in both Agile/Scrum and traditional Waterfall project management.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Project and DevOps; candidates will be asked to demonstrate proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead project meetings, gather task updates from team members, and drive action items to completion.
• Maintain and update Microsoft Project plans and DevOps boards.
• Analyze changes to project plans, including week-over-week variances and critical path analysis.
• Apply Scrum practices with the team to prioritize work, manage the customer backlog, and support continuous improvement.
• Break complex information down into smaller, understandable, actionable pieces of work.
