Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
• 2–4 years of professional project coordination experience in both Agile/Scrum and traditional Waterfall project management.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Project and DevOps; proficiency demonstrated.

Responsibilities

• Lead project meetings, gather task updates from team members, and drive action items to completion.
• Maintain and update Microsoft Project plans and DevOps boards.
• Analyze changes to project plans, including week-over-week variances and critical path analysis.
• Apply Scrum practices with the team to prioritize work, manage the customer backlog, and support continuous improvement.
• Break complex information down into smaller, understandable, actionable pieces of work.
