The position requires 2–4 years of professional experience, hands-on Microsoft Project proficiency, and strong written communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field (Associate’s degree also considered).
• 2–4 years of professional experience.
• Hands-on Microsoft Project experience – proficiency demonstrated.
• Strong written communication skills.
• PMI or PMP certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate project meetings, drive action items to completion, and gather task updates from team members.
• Build and maintain project plans in Microsoft Project.
• Analyze the impact of plan changes, including week-over-week variances and critical path analysis.

Position Overview

The Project Coordinator partners with technical leads to keep projects organized, on schedule, and moving forward. This client-facing role supports internal business partners and calls for someone who thinks analytically, stays composed under tight deadlines, and works effectively with a wide range of personalities. This is an onsite position in an office environment.
