RN Supervisor Responsibilities:

• Oversee nursing staff during weekends, ensuring quality resident care
• Conduct assessments and create care plans with the healthcare team
• Ensure compliance with standards and policies
• Support and mentor nursing staff
• Manage staffing, scheduling, and oversee weekend shifts
• Address resident and family concerns professionally
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives
• Maintain accurate documentation of care activities

Qualifications:

• RN license in New Jersey
• Experience in LTC or similar settings
• CPR certification preferred

• Ability to work well within a team and under pressure
