Job summary

Proof Technology is seeking Process Servers to join its network of independent contractors to deliver legal documents in Lenox, Michigan and surrounding areas. Set your own schedule and workload via the Proof app.

As a contract role, you must be licensed or certified where required, have a valid driver's license, and be comfortable using mobile devices to accept work and track earnings with real-time updates. No training is provided by Proof; experience in process serving is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be a Licensed, Registered, or Certified Process Server where required by law.
• Must have a valid drivers license.
• Proficient with iPhone/iPad or Android devices and using a mobile app.
• Experience in process serving or related field preferred; Proof is not an employer and does not provide training.

Responsibilities

Requirements

Certification: You must be a Licensed, Registered, or Certified Process Server if your state or county laws require it.
Must have a valid drivers license.

Document Handling: Ability to scan and print documents. Free printing services are available via FedEx.

Experience: Prior experience in process serving or a related field (law enforcement, private investigations, etc.) is required, as Proof is not an employer and does not provide training.
National Association of Professional Process Servers (NAPPS) membership is preferred.
