Job summary

Proof Technology is seeking independent Process Servers to join its nationwide network. As a 1099 contractor, you will set your own schedule and workload, accepting serves through the Proof app and tracking earnings with an industry-leading mobile platform.

Applicants must be licensed, registered, or certified as required by local laws and possess a valid driver''s license. Prior process-serving experience is preferred; FedEx printing is available for document handling and proofing.

Qualifications

• Experience in process serving or related field (NAPPS membership preferred).
• Must be a licensed, registered or certified process server if required by state/county laws.
• Proficient with mobile devices and using a mobile app.

Responsibilities

• Deliver legal documents in assigned Otsego, MI area and surrounding locations.
• Set your own schedule and workload by accepting available serves.
• Track earnings and communicate with clients via the Proof app.

Requirements
