Proof Technology is seeking independent Process Servers in Britton, MI to deliver legal documents under a flexible 1099 arrangement. Set your own schedule and workload, using our mobile app to accept work and track earnings.

Applicants must be licensed or certified where required, have a valid driver's license, and prior process-serving experience. This is a contract role with no employer-provided training, and contractors operate as an independent network.

Requirements

• Certification: You must be a Licensed, Registered, or Certified Process Server if your state or county laws require it. Must have a valid drivers license.

• Document Handling: Ability to scan and print documents. Free printing services are available via FedEx.
• Experience: Prior experience in process serving or a related field (law enforcement, private investigations, etc.) is required, as Proof is not an employer and does not provide training. National Association of Professional Process Servers (NAPPS) membership is preferred.
