Job summary

Proof is seeking independent Process Servers to join its national network and deliver legal documents in your area. As a contractor, you set your own schedule and workload, and you claim work via the Proof app.

You will be supported by an operational specialist with every serve and can track earnings in real time. Qualified applicants are licensed, registered, or certified process servers where required, with a valid drivers license and prior experience in process serving or related fields.

Qualifications

• Licensed, Registered, or Certified Process Server as required by state/county law.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Experience in process serving or related fields required; Proof is a platform, not an employer.

Responsibilities

• Deliver legal documents to recipients in your area as assigned via the Proof app.
• Set your own schedule and manage workload through the Proof platform.

Requirements

• Certification: You must be a Licensed, Registered, or Certified Process Server if your state or county laws require it. Must have a valid drivers license.
• Technical Skills: Proficient with iPhone/iPad or Android devices and capable of using a mobile app.
• Document Handling: Ability to scan and print documents. Free printing services are available via FedEx.
• Experience: Prior experience in process serving or a related field (law enforcement, private investigations, etc.) is required, as Proof is not an employer and does not provide training. National Association of Professional Process Servers (NAPPS) membership is preferred.
