Job summary

Proof is seeking independent Process Servers in Monroe, Michigan and surrounding areas to join its network. This 1099 contractor role lets you set your own schedule and workload while delivering legal documents through Proof’s mobile app and earning as you complete serves.

Must be licensed/registered/certified as required by local laws, possess a valid driver's license, and be comfortable using a smartphone app for job selection and earnings tracking.

Qualifications

• Must be a Licensed, Registered, or Certified Process Server if state/county requires it.
• Valid driver's license is required.
• Experience in process serving or related field is required.
• NAPPS membership is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver legal documents in Monroe, MI and surrounding areas as a 1099 contractor.
• Set your own schedule and workload.

Requirements

Certification: You must be a Licensed, Registered, or Certified Process Server if your state or county laws require it.
Must have a valid drivers license.

Document Handling: Ability to scan and print documents. Free printing services are available via FedEx.

Experience: Prior experience in process serving or a related field (law enforcement, private investigations, etc.) is required, as Proof is not an employer and does not provide training.
National Association of Professional Process Servers (NAPPS) membership is preferred.
