Job summary

Proof Technology seeks independent Process Servers to deliver legal documents in Republic, MI and surrounding areas. You control your schedule, workload, and earnings via our mobile app. Partners work as contracted, independent contractors and are not employees.

Must be licensed where required, have a valid driver’s license, and be comfortable using smartphones to manage tasks. Prior serving experience preferred; FedEx print service available.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed, registered, or certified as required by state/county.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Proficient with iPhone/iPad or Android devices and capable of using a mobile app.
• Experience in process serving or related field required; NASPS membership preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver legal documents to recipients in assigned area.
• Manage workload and set your own schedule.
• Track assignments and earnings via Proof mobile app.
• Coordinate with clients and Proof representatives as needed.

Requirements

• Certification: You must be a Licensed, Registered, or Certified Process Server if your state or county laws require it. Must have a valid drivers license.
• Technical Skills: Proficient with iPhone/iPad or Android devices and capable of using a mobile app.
• Document Handling: Ability to scan and print documents. Free printing services are available via FedEx.
• Experience: Prior experience in process serving or a related field (law enforcement, private investigations, etc.) is required, as Proof is not an employer and does not provide training. National Association of Professional Process Servers (NAPPS) membership is preferred.
