(1099) Outside Sales Representative (3 yrs Min) - Industrial Lubricants / Ag Sales

Join Schaeffer Mfg. as an Outside Sales Representative. This role requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in outside sales, particularly in industrial lubricants and agriculture sales.

Pay Range

This range is provided by Schaeffer Mfg. Company. Your actual pay will depend on your skills and experience. The estimated base pay range is $50,000 to $250,000 per year.

Responsibilities
  • Prospect and generate new commercial business, including cold-calling in the field to establish new sales.
  • Support existing clients and conduct product demonstrations.
  • Identify leads, manage prospects, and acquire new business.
  • Meet sales goals and develop territory strategies.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of successful cold-calling sales experience.
  • Experience in developing and executing sales strategies for a territory.
