This is a commission-based role designed for true hunters who can build, grow, and manage their own book of business. The role offers full flexibility and access to a broad service portfolio, supported by an established operations team and technology-driven infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Prospect, develop, and close new freight opportunities across multiple modes
• Build and manage long-term customer relationships
• Generate and grow a book of business through outbound efforts and referrals
• Sell solutions across air, ocean, domestic truckload, LTL, and temperature-controlled freight
• Coordinate with internal operations teams to ensure successful execution
• Maintain pipeline discipline and consistent revenue generation
• Provide visibility and updates to customers throughout the shipment lifecycle

Requirements
