RIM Recruitment Professionals is seeking an experienced Freight Broker Agent to operate as an independent sales and operations professional. You will build your own book of business while we provide backend systems and logistics coordination, enabling unlimited commission potential while working with a responsive team.

As a Remote (U.S.-based) 1099 (Commission Only) role, you’ll manage quoting, booking, dispatching, tracking, and follow-up, with support after 90 days to transition to W2 if

Qualificações

• 3+ years of freight brokerage experience (cradle-to-grave strongly preferred).
• Existing book of business or proven ability to develop one.
• Self-motivated and entrepreneurial mindset.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and time-management skills.
• Familiarity with TMS platforms (Tai preferred).
• Experience using DAT and TruckStop.

Responsabilidades

• Prospect, onboard, and manage your own shippers.
• Handle cradle-to-grave freight brokerage: quoting, booking, dispatching, tracking, and follow-up.
• Build and manage carrier relationships.
• Utilize DAT and TruckStop load boards for carrier sourcing.
• Maintain accurate load details and documentation in our TMS (Tai).
• Work with internal support staff to ensure smooth billing and operations.

As a Freight Broker Agent, you’ll operate as an independent sales and operations professional, building your own book of business while we support you with backend systems and logistics coordination.
