The Technical Associate of Processing at Thomson Reuters will support daily operations by monitoring the 1040SCAN Review Wizard, resolving production issues, and ensuring smooth workflows across teams.

You will analyze issues, perform basic root-cause analysis, and coordinate with engineering, support, and service centers to minimize delays while documenting actions and outcomes. Strong communication and time-management skills are essential.

Responsibilities

Proactively monitor 1040SCAN Review Wizard environments to identify performance issues.
Analyze customer and application issues, assess impact, and perform root-cause analysis.
Mitigate impact with documented solutions and approved workarounds.
Document issues and updates through approved tools and statuses.
Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate teams when needed.
Advise and train users on application functionality and best practices.
Support projects with technical expertise and contribute to progress updates.
Communicate progress and share knowledge to improve workflows.
