Qualifications

Responsabilités

• Manage the configuration and release management processes for the SuccessFactors system.
• Collaborate with Product Owners to translate business requirements into configurations.
• Develop and maintain a release management roadmap.
• Hire, grow and retain a world-class team of product leads/analysts.
• Oversee deployment of system updates and upgrades with proper testing and documentation.
• Develop and maintain a change management process reducing end-user disruption.
• Monitor system performance and identify improvement areas.
• Provide guidance and support to team members and stakeholders.
• Stay up-to-date with SuccessFactors best practices and trends.
• Provide mentorship and technical direction to team members.
• Collaborate with Product Owners to prioritize, scope, and plan activities.
• Serve as a technical expert in SuccessFactors implementation and configuration.

The team is composed of experts in HRtechnology, transformation, project management, and product ownership. Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager SuccessFactorsConfiguration and Release Management to join our team. This individual will beresponsible for managing the configuration and release management processes forour SuccessFactors system. They will work closely with product owners to ensurethat system configurations are aligned with business requirements and that therelease management process is streamlined and efficient. The ideal candidatewill have extensive experience with SuccessFactors configuration and releasemanagement, as well as strong project management and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
