Job summary

abeamindonesia is seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Project Manager to lead end-to-end SF implementations and migrations in a dynamic, multi-stakeholder environment. You will define scopes, manage budgets, and coordinate HR, IT, and vendor teams to deliver on time and within quality standards.

The role requires a strong background in HR technology projects, Employee Central, and integrations, along with exceptional communication and change-management skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in SAP/HR technology projects, including at least 3 years managing SAP SuccessFactors implementations.
• Proven experience delivering end-to-end SuccessFactors projects from discovery to hypercare.
• Strong knowledge of SuccessFactors Employee Central and integrations with talent modules and third-party systems.
• Solid project management skills: scope, schedule, budget, risks, issues, dependencies, change control.
• Experience coordinating functional consultants, technical teams, vendors, and senior stakeholders across multiple workstreams.
• Familiarity with data migration, system integration, security design, testing, cutover, and change-management activities.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Proficient in English; SAP SuccessFactors and/or project management certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors implementations, enhancements, and rollouts from initiation through go-live and hypercare.
• Define project scope, objectives, schedules, budgets, resource plans, and governance standards.
• Coordinate HR, IT, functional consultants, technical teams, implementation partners, and third-party vendors across all workstreams.
• Facilitate requirements and solution-design workshops aligning business needs with SF capabilities.
• Oversee configuration, data migration, security roles, testing, training, cutover, and production deployment.
• Maintain project plans and RAID logs; manage risks, issues, actions, dependencies, decisions, and change requests.
• Monitor progress, budget, resource utilization, quality, and vendor performance against milestones.
• Provide status reports, recommendations, and escalations to sponsors and senior stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy, information security, documentation, QA, and standards.
• Drive user readiness, change management, knowledge transfer, operational handover, and post-implementation review.

• Proven experience delivering end-to-end SuccessFactors projects, from discovery and planning through configuration, testing, deployment, and hypercare.
• Strong knowledge of SuccessFactors Employee Central and integration with relevant talent modules and third-party systems.
• Solid project management skills covering scope, schedule, budget, resources, risks, issues, dependencies, and change control.
• Experience coordinating functional consultants, technical teams, vendors, and senior business stakeholders across multiple workstreams.
• Familiarity with data migration, system integration, security/role design, testing, cutover, and change-management activities.
