Job summary

Challenge Manufacturing in Holland, MI is looking for a quality-focused operator to manage up to a 1,000 Ton automatic stamping press and ensure stamped parts meet our quality standards.

You will reference JES in Plex, load correct coils, inspect parts for form, fit and function, and maintain a safe, organized work area while collaborating with teammates on multiple centers. A High School diploma and at least one year of manufacturing experience are required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• One year of manufacturing experience.
• Ability to read, write, and understand English to follow instructions.
• Able to lift up to 40 pounds and work up to 12 hours shifts.

Responsibilities

• Operate up to 1,000-ton stamping presses per JES and quality standards.
• Reference production orders in Plex and load correct coils.
• Inspect parts for form, fit, and function and document inspections.
• Maintain clean and safe work area; perform housekeeping.
