Challenge Manufacturing in Holland, MI is seeking an experienced press operator to run and monitor up to 800 Ton Secondary stamping presses, ensuring quality stampings meet standards. You will reference JES and load correct blanks, operate the press, and perform first-piece inspections and data entry in the Plex ERP system.

The role requires reading and following work instructions in English, staying safety-conscious, lifting up to 40 pounds, and supporting multiple work centers as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or equivalent.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English to perform duties safely and follow instructions.
• Maintains high standards of performance and integrity in all tasks.

Responsibilities

• Stamp product per JES and load correct blanks.
• Operate 800 Ton stamping press and monitor runs.
• Perform quality checks and document in Plex/ERP.
• Complete operator inspection sheets and ensure proper labeling.
