The position involves long hours on the shop floor, lifting up to 40 pounds, and working with cross-functional teams to meet daily production goals and customer specifications.

Qualifications

• Experience operating stamping presses and meeting quality standards.
• Ability to read and follow JES and job element sheets.
• Strong emphasis on safety, housekeeping, and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor up to 800 Ton stamping presses.
• Perform quality checks and document results in Plex ERP.
• Load correct blanks and ensure proper labeling and packaging.
• Maintain safe, clean work area and cooperate across shifts.
