Caravel Autism Health, LLC in Wisconsin is seeking Believers to work one-on-one with children under 6 diagnosed with autism, helping them develop communication, independence, play, and social skills.

No ABA experience required; we’ll teach you. Earn $16.58–$29.13 per hour, Monday–Friday 7:30am–4:30pm with occasional Saturday, health/dental/vision insurance, and a path to RBT certification.

Competenze

• Willingness to learn, grow, and be coached.
• Reliability and strong follow through.
• Resilience and compassion, especially on tough days.
• Minimum age 18, with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Physical readiness for the role: lifting up to 35 pounds and moving with kids.
