This role requires 1–3 years in analytics or operations, strong Excel, SQL, and Python or data visualization skills, and the ability to translate data into actionable leadership insights.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in analytics, operations, or consulting.
• 1–3 years with BPO partners.
• Strong Excel/Sheets skills and data proficiency.
• Experience with SQL and data visualization tools.

Responsibilities

• Drive performance against SLA and staffing metrics using data-driven decisions.
• Analyze forecast variance and identify root causes of gaps.
• Develop reports and models to guide short-term staffing strategies.
• Partner with Operations, Forecasting, and BPO to improve outcomes.
• Translate data into clear insights for leadership.
• Support real-time adjustments during high-demand events.
• Identify opportunities to automate and scale workforce planning.
