Job summary

Robinhood is building an elite Talent Management & Analytics team to bring predictive insights and AI into workforce systems. Staff Data Scientist will own the vision, design, and delivery of high-impact data products used by executives, people partners, and managers.

The role focuses on solving organizational problems, applying state-of-the-art language models, and ensuring predictive accuracy and data reliability across Robinhood’s workforce initiatives.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of data science experience with Python and SQL.
• Strong product focus and experience defining user requirements and launching internal data tools.
• Deep understanding of statistics, experimental design, and psychometrics or survey methodology.

Responsibilities

• Spearhead the next phase of talent intelligence and build predictive frameworks.
• Architect a unified workforce data model across recruiting systems and surveys.
• Define metrics dictionary and semantic layer for headcount, attrition, and trends.
• Drive data access control and governance for sensitive data.
• Redesign employee sentiment architecture with continuous listening and real-time health indicators.
• Own product delivery as technical product owner for internal data interfaces.
• Enforce rigorous statistical standards with A/B testing and psychometrics.
