Responsibilities

• Assists teachers in supervising classroom and school-wide activities.
• Provides instruction to students as prescribed by supervising teacher.
• Reinforces skills and checks students’ work in line with instructional guidelines.
• Uses positive behavior strategies to manage student behavior.
• Documents records of learning activities and progress.
• Assists in preparing learning materials and instructional resources.
• Maintains confidentiality of student records.
• Adapts activities to support IEP objectives and student participation.
