Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Instructs students individually or in small groups to promote understanding of materials.
  • Monitors and documents student behavior and progress; assists with behavioral management.
  • Supervises students in various settings to ensure safety and orderly activity.
  • Maintains records/logs and assists in grading or scoring as directed by certificated staff.
  • Communicates with staff, parents and public regarding student progress.
  • Provides assistance with personal needs and slippery/ unsafe student handling as needed.
  • Assists with lesson materials, and participates in safety and district procedures.
  • Performs related duties as assigned by school staff.
