Job summary

FullBloom (SESI division) is hiring a paraprofessional/behavior aide to support K-12 students with intensive behavioral needs. You will work one-on-one with students, implement behavior plans, and track progress within a multidisciplinary team. The role emphasizes data-driven support and collaboration with parents and school staff.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• Experience with behavioral interventions for students with intensive needs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with an assigned student to meet goals in the IEP.
• Assist in development and modification of behavior support plans.
• Record and track data on behaviors, progress toward goals, and incidents.
• Implement behavior support and intervention strategies.
• Use de-escalation techniques and crisis management when needed.
• Foster a positive, inclusive environment for social and behavioral development.
• Supervise students and ensure safety during transit to activities.
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to implement plans.
