Job summary

Specialized Education Services, Inc. (SESI), a division of FullBloom, is hiring a paraprofessional/behavior aide to support K-12 students with intensive behavioral needs.

You will work one-on-one, implement behavior support plans, track progress, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure student safety and success.

Minimum requirement is a high school diploma; experience in an educational setting is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Experience in an educational setting with behavioral interventions for students with intensive behavioral needs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with an assigned student to meet goals set forth in their IEP.
• Assist in development and modification of behavior support plans.
• Implement behavior support plans and record data on behaviors and progress toward goals.
