Job summary

SESI, a division of FullBloom, seeks dedicated staff to support students with intensive behavioral needs in in-district classrooms and standalone schools. Work one-on-one under IEP goals, implement behavior support plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Experience implementing behavioral interventions for students with intensive needs.
• High school diploma required.

Responsibilities

• Work one on one with an assigned student to meet goals set forth in their IEP.
• Assist in development/modification of behavior support plans.
• Implement behavior support plans; record and track data on behaviors, progress toward goals, and incidents.
• Foster a positive, inclusive environment and collaborate with interdisciplinary team.
• Communicate effectively with parents.
