Job summary

TheKey Concierge Nursing, a branch of TheKey, seeks experienced Private Duty Nurses for in-home care on a 1099 contract basis in Virginia. Earn competitive pay starting at $40/hour with weekly pay, while you control your schedule and select cases.

Deliver true 1:1 high-end care, coordinate needs, document care, and educate patients and families. RN license, 2+ years experience, CPR/BLS, and U.S. work eligibility required.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in good standing.
• Minimum 2 years nursing experience.
• CPR/BLS certification.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 skilled nursing and care (ADLs, monitoring, wound care, meds).
• Coordinate needs including medical supplies, DME, and transport to appointments.
• Maintain timely documentation and communicate with families and physicians.
• Educate patients and families on health management.
