Job summary

Concierge Nursing Referral Services, a specialized branch of TheKey, seeks an RN for in-home care management in Fairfax County. This flexible 1099 contractor role offers high autonomy and weekly pay, with pay starting at $50/hour.

The position emphasizes 1:1 care, case-by-case compensation, and a variety of shifts (8–12 hours, short visits, or ongoing cases). Portuguese bilingual preferred but not required; active RN license and CPR/BLS required.

Qualifications

• Active RN License in good standing.
• 2+ years of nursing experience (strongly preferred).
• Active CPR / BLS Certification.
• Proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert, compassionate 1:1 skilled nursing (ADLs, vital monitoring, wound care, medication management, and doctor-prescribed treatments).
• Coordinate client needs seamlessly, including medical supplies, DME, and transport to appointments when required.
• Maintain clear, timely documentation and communicate effectively with families, physicians, and our support office.
